About RingGenieHub

Small businesses do not lose work to competitors. They lose it to a ringing phone.

RingGenieHub is a 24/7 AI phone receptionist for small service businesses in the United States. It answers every call in your company name, books the appointment into the calendar you already use, captures the details you need before you arrive, and texts them to you β€” during a job, after closing, and on the Saturday morning nobody is at a desk.

Why it exists

The businesses that need a receptionist most are the ones that can least afford to sit by a phone. A blinds installer is up a ladder in somebody’s living room. A fence contractor is setting posts. A garage door tech is under a door that will not move. The call that would have paid for the day arrives in exactly the hour their hands are full.

And the caller does not wait. Someone pricing a job has three other numbers open, and a voicemail greeting is not a pause in their search β€” it is permission to move to the next name. The business almost never learns it happened. There is no missed-order report.

Hiring solves that during office hours only, which is not when most of the problem lives. RingGenieHub was built to cover the whole surface instead: every hour, several callers at once, at a flat cost that does not rise in the week you are busiest.

Who builds it

RingGenieHub is built and run by Elmaddin Khudaverdiyev, a software engineer who writes the product, answers the support email, and reads the call transcripts. It is a small operation on purpose, and that is worth knowing before you hand anything your phone line: when you write in, you are writing to the person who can change the thing you are writing about.

The service is operated by Code Genie Studio LLC, trading as RingGenieHub. The same entity is named in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and on the carrier compliance record behind the number our alerts are sent from.

How we decide what it should do

Every one of these is enforced in the product rather than promised in marketing copy.

It books, it does not take messages

A message turns a call into a task for you and hands the customer a wait. The assistant connects to the calendar you already use and offers slots that are genuinely free, so the call ends with an appointment instead of a callback list.

It never invents availability

If the calendar is not connected yet, or a day is genuinely full, it says so and offers the next real opening. Telling a caller a business is booked when it is simply closed is the most expensive thing a receptionist can get wrong, so it is ruled out explicitly.

Call audio and transcripts expire

Recordings are deleted 90 days after they are archived and transcripts after 12 months. A recording is your customer’s voice, and keeping it forever by default is not a position worth defending. Both windows are stated in the Privacy Policy and enforced automatically.

Your business number never sends texts

Numbers bought for customers handle inbound voice only, with SMS disabled at the carrier. Alerts about your bookings come from our own verified number instead. It started as an anti-abuse decision and it is now the boundary that keeps the whole platform compliant.

English and Spanish, in the same call

The assistant detects the language per sentence and follows a caller who switches mid-conversation. There is no press-one-for-Spanish menu, because a phone menu undoes the thing the product is for.

Who it is for

Any business whose next job starts with a phone call and whose staff cannot answer it. In practice that means the trades first β€” blinds and shades installers, garage door companies and fence and gate contractors β€” alongside appointment businesses such as dental practices, medical clinics, salons and auto repair shops.

The common thread is that the appointment is the sale. If your phone produces bookings rather than orders, the phone is the part worth fixing first.
