Pricing questions, answered

How far do the minutes actually go?

Minutes are talk time, not calls. A booking conversation runs three to four minutes, so 150 minutes is roughly forty of them and 650 is around a hundred and eighty. A small service business normally takes 30–80 calls a month, so most start on Starter or Essential and move up when the transcript volume says so.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

Nothing breaks — calls keep being answered. Extra minutes are billed at your plan's published rate ($0.65 down to $0.50, cheapest on the larger plans), and you set the monthly ceiling yourself in your billing settings, so there is no invoice you did not expect. If overage is costing more than the next plan up, that is the moment to move.

What's the actual difference between the plans?

Minutes and phone numbers first: 150, 300, 650 or 1,250 minutes, and Elite includes three numbers instead of one. Professional adds call recordings, live transfer to your mobile, spam detection and text alerts. Elite adds call summaries, document upload and a custom after-hours message. Booking, transcripts, email alerts and Spanish are on every plan, including Starter.

Monthly or yearly?

Yearly is twelve months for the price of ten, paid up front, and your minutes still reset every month. Switching to yearly starts a fresh twelve months from the day you switch, and the unused part of the month you are leaving is credited back.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with 7 days free and 30 minutes of real calls on your own line. A card is taken at signup and charged only when the trial ends; cancel from your billing page before then and you pay nothing. If you would rather hear it before giving a card, the demo is open to anyone with no signup — talk to the same assistant your callers would get and try to catch it out.

Can I change plan or cancel later?

Both, from your billing page, with no contract and no notice period. A plan change shows you the exact prorated amount before anything is charged. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for; annual plans are paid up front and are not refunded part-way.

Is the phone number included, or do I pay extra?

Included. Every plan comes with a number you can take on the spot, and Elite includes three. You can also keep the number already on your van or your door and forward it — callers see no difference either way.

What am I charged if a robocall gets through?

The seconds it was on the line, like any call. On Professional and Elite spam calls are detected and flagged, and flagged calls are dropped from your dashboard figures so they cannot drag down the booking rate you judge the service by. You can also block a number by hand on any plan.

Still deciding? Talk to it first

The demo runs in your browser with no signup and no card. It is the same assistant your callers would get.
